All Elante Cosmetic Medical patients and ongoing laser treatments, injections (BOTOX® – JUVÉDERM® etc.) will be performed at Dr. Michelle D. Welch’s office of Dermatology of Lexington, LLC.
Dermatology of Lexington, LLC is located directly across the hallway from Elante Day Spa and Salon in our two story 10,000 square foot facility. Unexpired Elante Day Spa gift cards may be used for services at Dermatology of Lexington, LLC. Complete skin care and enhancement under one roof!
